Yes, on top they ARE in pain. Because they are separating their heads without surgery. But you can see below that they are still joined, quite literally, at the hip.
Luckily, they managed to have 3 arms, instead of just two. His fourth arm just happens to be a wolf’s head.

There’s something fun (though certainly not *good*) about this cover; it looks like a bootleg DVD cover for a Hong Kong action movie.
The two in the back are going, “Oh, man, why am I on this cover, why, WHY?”
Uuh. Grunt. Push. Yeah, squeeze that cover art til it fits. Never mind what it does to the people.
And never mind any weird perspective stuff, like that gun the dude on the left is holding.
The faces in the back look like mummies–and about as lifelike. I wanna see the one on the left take a bite outta that gun.
