Good question! Curiously, there’s a much better version of this cover here — http://www.amazon.com/Crazy-About-You-Randy-Attwood/dp/146631222X/ref=la_B005C9T8E8_1_6?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1386461762&sr=1-6 — so I wonder if Mr Attwood might even have accidentally uploaded the wrong image?

The book has some good notices too, and from what I can see, Mr Attwood is a good writer — all of which makes this catastrophic cover even more mysterious.
