Dropshadows are capricious. You never know when they’re going to show up or which way they’ll lean.
So, what, did they have a deadline and didn’t have time to fix it? Unless the artist has a serious case of astigmatism I don’t see how anyone could look at this and think that it looked right.
Aside from the botched title and Instamatic-quality picture, I have to admit she sort of does look like a librarian’s daughter.
This cover photo looks like the kind of picture teenage girls would take of each other dressing up.
Very amateur. At thumbnail size I thought the girl was making string art or “walking the dog” with a dozen
yo-yos.
Sucky drop shadows on portions of the title text, and also inconsistent. Washed-out colors in the photo.
Yeah, amateur hour for would-be authors…
