Actually, I think it’s a pretty good cover. Well composed, not busy, and visually arresting. Good font, too.
Only fault is, as Nathan says, it’s not targeted to a readership. Having a blurb or secondary title on the cover would address that — and there’s plenty of room at the top for that.
Good white space on top to actually rest your mug on and then admire the circles. No, it is an ugly, ugly cover – OK it is readable and not covered in filtered fruitsalad like many covers but that does not make it good by any stretch.
