That appears to be an aerial view of an atoll. Which has what to do with Ebola virus mutated by Xrays?

Besides, when has hospital Xray ever mutated a virus? If radiation caused mutations in real life like it does in fiction, hospitals with radiology departments would be overrun by giant hair mites.

The reviews on this are very mixed. Mostly 5 star, but then a few much less that sound honest.

I really hate people trying to make money off of suffering…
