Is that white triangle under her nose some kind of sneeze guard?
Not sure if the blue sign is supposed to be a Chevy logo or a hospital logo. Either way, the color is shape is wrong.
Final thought: that most be some potent honey dripping off the spoon, to require gloves for handling. Maybe it is honey from… wait for it… from killer bees!
The lady’s runny masacara and lipstick (or blood, or cherry koolaid) run straight down, with no attempt to follow the natural curves of her cheeks, lips or chin. Two dimension paste ons on three dimensional subjects, another lousy book cover cliche.
