To be fair, The Trouble with Peace was book 2 of the Age of Madness trilogy while also book 9 in the First Law World series. Nothing wrong there. There’s all kinds of other things wrong here though.
Being different parts of two different series is something one occasionally sees with prolific fan fiction writers.
