So they not only stole the image from a stock image site, but screen captured the sample rather than the larger version.

She’s bi-locating. it’s really a Dr. Who sci-fi story with a special character from the world of Haze; their powers are to appear as fuzzy creatures, inspiring the person seeing them to believe that they’re hallucinating.
