Doggie deeds, done dirt cheap!
That looks like a wire fox terrier, which, assuming it’s a pure breed, goes for several thousand dollars. Given the way that most dog-show participants treat their dogs, my guess is that he’s fed the top quality kibble and gets hundreds of dollars of professional grooming. Trust me, there’s nothing “dirt cheap” about that particular doggie.
