I’m not going to mention the decorative doodad on the back of the pants/skirt that now looks like a smudge of I-don’t-know-what.

Zooming in on the 1242×1920 pixel version, the decorative doodad appears to be metallic.

On the bright side, the designer didn’t try to take the title literally and ACTUALLY give the shirtless lady three heads.

Maybe it is my old eyes, but I can’t tell if that is weird lighting on the hair, or if someone accidentally used a smudge tool on the nose and mouth.
