“Oooooh, Luuuuby,
Don’t take your cover down!”

Not “Luby, Luby, whooah-oh-o, Me gotta go!”?

Or “You picked a fine time to leave me, Luby”?

I thought that despite both being two syllables, “Luby” and “Lucille” just…sang differently. 🙂

And Luby, Lub-i, needed some additional effort–and I’m lazy. But I can go with Lubee Lu-beye, sure!

I was really expecting more of a Kindly, Light and Reassuring Psychological Thriller.
