As I love the concept behind The Picture Book With No Pictures (Yet) – A Journey to the Land of Imagination, I think the cover isn’t the only problem with the book.

Also, Arcane transmogrification is a good improvement.

It looks like the designer of “The Wizard” figured out how to avoid putting the text over the model’s face–just remove that unimportant part of her anatomy entirely!

Also the book is listed as “Time Travel Romance” and “Science Fiction Romance.” If the only thing we want to feature about the girl is her crotch…the genre you’re looking for is not “romance.”

I feel bad for Ruin’s Lot because it’s clear in both instances that they understand the elements of a YA paranormal book cover. If only they’d sought the CoverCritics advice!

Oh, puhhhhhleeeze! “Galadriel Pittman?” That’s supposed to be a name? Gimme a damn break. If it’s her name, sue your parents, kid.

One of my high school classmates was named Galadriel. I haven’t seen her in 20 years, so for all I know, this could be her.
