She dropped a book on the floor, it fell open. She stepped on the pages and out popped a baby, just like that, and she hadn’t even realised she was pregnant.
Then lots of other woman stood on books before giving birth.
But it’s all an illusion, or a bad case of dementia. I doubt if she graduates from nursing school. She belongs in the psychiatric ward.
