Wow.
Why? WHY? I mean, who thinks so much of themselves, that they splatter their own face all over the damn cover?
At least the first cover had the author’s name. The remake keeps the author anonymous, no doubt too embarrassed by the cover. I prefer the first picture as well, even if the res is way too low. In the second cover, I see nothing romantic, just a sneer.
I’m glad the title give us the ending. We wouldn’t want to have any suspense while reading, that might trigger someone.

I’m not inspired. Not even a little. (And I think “core model” #2 might cut me.)
I nearly commented about the “warms a mother’s heart” that perhaps it was a face that only a mother could love.
She looks fine–just freaking mean!
