And I shall further horrify you with the first line from the book:
Where does one begin, at the beginning will be the reply from all the smarties in the group, of course the beginning so he we are.

If he’d been really clever, he’d have made it a saluation..’To Two Sons Too Many.” but, hey, given that he used “he” for “here” in the first sentence (I am presuming that’s not Nathan’s mistake), whaddya expect?
Is #2 son on the cover of Book 2?
Front cover 2nd son reverse side first son…. two angels gone to heaven.
Worth reading even if there WAS a typo
Aidan, you may have a compelling story to tell. However, your command of the basic storyteller tools, i.e. words, is lacking.
I had a great deal of trouble with this cover. The vibe the cover gives me is like that cliched B-movie scene of an insane serial killer writing on a wall/mirror with lipstick/blood. That’s probably not what you intended to convey (I was unable to tell what the book is about), but the feeling I get is that the other son isn’t on the cover for some unknown reason or other, and maybe this one is next.
Did anyone ever question the publisher here for editing ?? Maybe take a read of the book and see what this man has come thru and u may not be as critical …
So, once again: “Read the book so you appreciate the cover.” Bass-ackwards, Cherlyn.
Maybe If u have nothing decent to say “say nothing all” we are talking sensitives issues here …
We’re talking someone who put his book up on Amazon for all the world to see, and also alleges that it’s worth $4.99 plus the hours it takes to read it. You can’t just retreat to yelling “Bully!” when someone points out some serious quality issues.
Second son is on front cover…. first son is on the reverse. A simple man writes simple English. Not opposed to the collegiate, just finished school at 12yrs old. No excuses, catering to the real people of the world who prefer communicative language rather than any aristocratic nonsense.
In life I have buried my two sons. At children’s age. It was not easy, most often people have told me they cannot ever imagine losing a son or child for that matter. They gasp again to continue with, cannot imagine losing one never mind two. TWO is just too many….. hence TWO sons TOO many.seems pretty self explanatory to me. If anyone wished to read something extra or has a different take, it is completely their own right.
My son Patrick on the front cover is the second son of mine and is as fine a book cover as could ever be……. a champion at only 1year and 4months.
I will never see a finer book cover.
Again it is indeed all about perception and the ability of the minds opening of the beholder.
Stay well people.
