the elf appears to be enjoying a smooth, refreshing cigarette.

That’s right, Seaturtles. Rely on Mordor-brand tobacco products for the cool, refreshing smoke you crave! Remember, Mordor means ‘M’jkclzht’pop’xrtkrgzy!
I concur the elf and the skeleton-knight look like they’re having a smoke post-coitus. Seriously! Look at the pose on Skeletor, and tell me that he’s not wearing that “just got some” insouciance. The elf looks like she’s wondering if she’s going to have to chew off her own arm to get away from him.
Until you have read the Amazon Look Inside! of Voices of the Farie By Dodhi Ithicka (“My story begins with a young boy who went out to make some money on the local street’s washing passing car windows. … “) and Simply A Witch by Richard Seal (“My story begins with a young boy who went out to make some money on the local street’s washing passing car windows. … “) you have missed a true deja vu experience.

So, this is a…book cover, then? Where’s the front-front? Whenever I see a rectangular book cover, it’s the WHOLE wraparound cover. Are the author/title on the back?

i also would have accepted something like “mordorboro pipeweed”

It took me three tries to read that title.

Ok guys I found something interesting:
https://lousybookcovers.com/?p=884818
Compare the amazon descriptions. They are the same book!?
Wow, that is really weird and confusing.
The text in the Look Inside! is identical.
New cover, new title, new nom de plume. Same
Someone probably stole and rebranded it. Happened to an author I edited for once.
To you brave souls who read the sample twice — I doff my metaphorical hat. Getting through it once convinced me I lacked the stomach for a second try.
