While yes, the key looks like a nose, overall I don’t think this is such a bad cover.
Take out the distracting eyes (PLEASE!), move the title down, and there is hope.

Place the title on a place where it does not obscure the best and busiest object in the artwork, replace the font in the author’s name with one that match the title and “The keeper of fates” (which I assume is a series title) fonts, and I’d say this is a good cover.
No, that font is Papyrus. It auto-fails any attempt to be a good anything!
