I’ve noticed authors of a series will sometimes write short stories/novellas that take place between the books and give the stories a fraction label. So perhaps “Mica” is a short between books 2 and 3.
The fakest of fake blood. The .5 might refer to the fifth edition of the second book? Just guessing. Not that I care.
