A merry Christmas wedding lacking any hint of Christmas on the cover.

“…how many vacillating purchasers are swayed by the included recipes?” A nice round number.

And is this a Dali painting? Piano is TINY. Cat in the grass has a torso as big as the piano player’s.

And yeah. Pigeon!

Cat in the grass is the size of the North American Lynx, for crap’s sake. Every nickel of 40lbs and up. (I would know. I have some cats that are quite large-ish, albeit, no, not 40lbs.)

Whilst the ginger cat atop the piano is teeny. TEENY.

Ohhh, so much to ‘love’ in this one… the brightest yet lowest moon in the history of the universe, the ginormous ginger lion-cat floating on the edge of the cut-and-pasted ruins…
(How DID they lift that piano in there? Seems like a lot of effort to go to for a lonely Concert for One. Oh sorry, concert for one pigeon, one teeny cat and one ginormous cat, my bad…)
…and RECIPES? Does she cook ON the piano? WITH the piano? IN the piano? Or maybe that pigeon and those two cats haven’t been told what happens to them once the concert’s ended…

A recipe for disaster. Who includes recipes in a novel like this? Bizarre. Is this some new cross-genre thriller/cookbook?
