I agree. Steppenwolf, Blue Cheer, Iron Butterfly, that was metal! Glam was lamé.

That cover reminds me of the open screen of the budget DVD movies I bought at the dollar store: a treasure chest opening up to spew popping popcorn. What’s missing is a film reel and a soda cup with straw.
