I have to say, IMHO, the damned artwork has real possibilities. I mean, no, in all likelihood, just slapped, as it was, on a black cover, with no thought to fonts, etc….not so great. But don’t some of you think that if you had this image, you could have made a banging cover? I’ll betcha that Emma, Viergacht (sp?), or Waffs coulda knocked that outta the park. Not sure how you’d get the contrast it needs, though…(thinks). I know that this is CC.com, but I’d be interested to see if anyone could make that work. DEFINITELY would have been about 1,000% better just by making the shape/aspect ratio correct and using stronger, clearer fonts. (Blue? Blue background….hmph. A bone/ivory color? Urghghghghgh, I hate those that “coulda been” so much better, so much stronger, with just a LITTLE thought. I’m not a graphic designer myself–my own struggles at Canva.com just to make things like infographics are legendary amongst my staff, but even I can see that this could have been a BOATLOAD better, and maybe even WORKED.)
