I never read or watch Bigfoot stories, but for some odd reason, I like this cover. It does look a too little cute, though, but if the book is not, well, that could be a problem.

There’s the red text on black readability issue. The silhouette of Sasquatch doesn’t match the tone of the photo. Is it humorous, or not? Cause I can’t tell.
I like the font itself, just needs to be brightened up a bit. I’m looking at it on a small screen and especially the author’s name is hard to read at this size. The other problem is that in black and white, which many e-readers use, including mine, red tends to look black or gray and blends into a black background even worse.
If the Sasquatch were a little less silly, it would be a nice cover. Unless its supposed to be a silly book. In that case the photo shouldn’t be so atmospheric and serious looking. One or the other, please.

I don’t mind the font color, but otherwise a good photo was ruined by the cartoony silhouette.

In the Belly of the Beast
There lives a Man
The B&W photo would have made a good book cover, but not for a book about a sasquatch.
