Kris, I don’t think that’s lava. I think it’s something far more siniste. It s the rays from the spaceship of an alien invasion. That’s why the “destination” is “unknown”. (Still a crappy cover though.)

At first I thought the title was “Destination Ulcertrain” and it took a while to figure out why there were no trains in the train wreck.

Uncertain destination? Looks like jail to me. You really shouldn’t give away the ending on the cover.
There is lava on top of the bus in the background! Why isn’t anyone concerned about that?
