Why do you need a wall when your city is floating?
Who would it possibly keep out?
…
Unless it is to keep those poor people from jumping off this cover. Those poor people. Trapped.

Yet once again I am struck by how many of these books are parts of series…
I always like the ones that use a phrase like “An Ace Slammer Novel” as though there are lines of people waiting for it and conversations all over the country are starting with “Have you read the latest Ace Slammer yet?”
OMG Yes! I was just on the edge of my Squizzle. (That’s what we Slammers call a seat, it is technical, you wouldn’t get it.)

Where did the author find that font? And why would anyone use it?
Oh, om-nom pseudonym, too. Why would anyone use this?
DOUBLE FAIL…

Ok people, this place? It’s actually Quebec City as seen from the south shore. Even as distortionned as it is, I could recognize it anywhere, straight shore and all.
Nope. Definitely a book about HAGUS – which is apparently a parade float made to look like a medieval city.
“Raconteur”? REALLY??? *wants to slap her*
Oh, *Magus*. I *thought* that was a funny-looking haggis.
The subtitle is blurry but it says something along the lines of this being the second book in a series.
Great pseudonym.
Ha, I thought it looked like “HAGUS” too, even after I read Magus on the post’s title.
All I can say is, that ain’t Bespin. Sheesh.
Silly me, I prefer pen names that don’t sound like pen names. Hate this one.

Squish it a lot, get rid of the skyscraper and voilà! http://www.pinterest.com/pin/62698619786801728/
I think this cover now also deserves the image-search-gone-wrong and MS-Paint-reborn tags. 😉
And you totally have to read her About page. I had a blast. LOL http://www.honorraconteur.com/about-me.html
