The rotational symmetry of the word “Illuminati” is kind of cool, but I can’t tell what’s behind it except for the skeleton hand. Are there other pseudohumans in the red background?

All The Rest Is Propaganda? How about All The Rest Is Shit?
I got really hopeful that this was some Hamlet retold (“All the rest is silence”). I can’t even tell what the thing on the cover is. Does that say illuminati? Is a skeleton wearing a giant bling ring that says illuminati? Why? Are they undead gangsta’s?
