Isn’t that pair of women at the top actually one woman, repeated? I’m pretty sure it is. Her nose is distinctive, as is the hand placement. (Either that, or twins).
I would not be a happy camper to be on somebody’s cover, all distorted and bad-paste-jobbed. That just sucks.
Also–font dreadful, font coloring awful. The “bad I’m better” lettering is unreadable in that ghastly red script font.
I assume that this is the typical tawdry stuff, but two of those girls, and maybe three, are pretty damn pretty. It’s sad that they look so much less so, just due to a bad cover job.

They sure look the same. I’m thinking a photo clip art collection where there’s a folder of the same model doing different poses in different outfits.
The other two women are probably from the same collection. They all have the same general look about them.
