Because everyone knows Currier and Ives translates perfectly to Courier And Knives. Really, how clever is that? The cover art leaves a lot to the imagination too.

I doubt that many of the targeted readers of this book would even know who Currier and Ives were.

I almost want to give him a pass for that title, that’s classic.

Too “intellectually cute” IMHO.
Or “What a fantasy warrior would look like if he went through the x-ray machine in airport security”
Other than that though, I don’t think this one’s so bad…
