No thoughts here. My brain goes dead when I look at this cover… but only after I stop snickering at Pirate Dude’s long, wind-blown hair — which looks like a Pantene ad (and maybe it was!).

I believe it’s a sword in his hand, badly foreshortened to the point of viewer puzzlement. 🙁

I don’t see the problem with the pirate and the sword. At least he is photoshopped onto the background nicely. The lighting on the ship doesn’t match and the fonts are horrid with no cohesion, and it would be better without the weird squiggly overlay.

What in the WORLD is that in his hand? I haven’t a clue. Also. What is that urine colored wave thingie on the left? Any thoughts? Anyone?
