The pic of man’s back is quite possibly one of the pics Arias took of Travis just moments before she killed him. Camera is there as Arias was photographer. Drawing of face looks like part of an autopsy report. As well as being ugly, it’s actually quite disrespectful to victim and his family.
BTW, I have no explanation for the weird blue thing.
