That cover is totally stolen from a Lovecraft anthology I bought in the mid 80s.

The cover we’re thinking of is the 1971 Ballentine/1981 and 1991 Del Rey re-issues of “At the Mountains of Madness”.

Looking at the original Del Rey edition cover at the thin fingers and long red fingernails, that may be a girl ghoul flashing her chest.

And I’m out of beads. (Besides, tossing beads for flashers is a faux Mardi Gras tradition for touristas on Bourbon St.)
