The thing that disturbs me the most is the font. It’s so… It’s like it’s having violent seizures of epilepsy or something. But it is kind of triangle-y, I see why the author chose it.
When I read the title, I was almost expecting actual triangles on a white background. Was a bit dissapointed to see the standard mish-mash of people parts. And then I scrolled down to the font.
I do get it, it’s triangles. But it’s just not working. The font is so angry and violent. Maybe it’s just me, but I get uncomfortable even looking at it. I feel like it might start screaming at me or something. It’s a cool font in one hand, but I have a really negative reaction to it. Might be all those sharp, pointy edges, it’s giving an impression of something violent.

I just can’t get over that paper doll hand around
the girl’s waist. I mean WTF?
Then font is not that bad, in my opinion. It just doesn’t work in this particular cover. It might work well in a different one. Maybe in an horror book.
Also it’s not very well kerned. But I don’t expect the author to know what “kern” even means.

1. Has anybody mentioned the font yet? It’s really sharp how the letters fit together.
2. The photoshopped girl with crossed fingers is just wrong, especially with that psycho font looking up her dress.
3. I don’t really need to see through that guy’s pants.

That would have been a lot better because who doesn’t love Pringles?
