I will walk you through it.
He is upside down.
From the top:
The brown blur is his shoes.
The gray blur is his pants, his legs are slightly bent.
The black blur is his t-shirt
The flesh coloured blur is his two crossed arms and head.
It looks like he or she is praying. Could it be a statue of the the Virgin Mary or something like that? It would kinda make sense for the not-dead chick to throw away a religious figurine after she “rises”. And her arms are raised as if she just threw something in the air.

A hand holding a gun? I have spent the required two minutes without producing the same results. Nathan, you have better eyes than me.
I could be distracted by the shoes, though. The markings make them look like claws.
