Why would someone ruin a perfectly mediocre vacation photo with a boring font in bad colors?
Well someone should be condemned for not rolling the garden hose up. I guess the gardener was tempted to go fishing instead.
Perhaps the lawn watering gear in the foreground plays an important point in the plot and is not merely a distraction or oversight.
