Um, no it’s not.
Oh, come on. It would be perfectly acceptable on, say, and ’80s massmarket horror paperback (with an embossed cover!).
There’s a “horror” book cover, then there’s a “horrible” book cover. They tried for the former, but got the latter.
This cover makes me hate boobs. Why would you put boobs on something like that???
