Walker didn’t care that Fred’s pompadour was a giveaway. He was still fond of that blue check gingham dress.

What’s funny is that we more often see a decent image ruined by a bad font treatment, like that creepy baby one from the other day, than the other way around. But here the layout and the font choice are not bad. Pink is a suitable color for romance, font can pass for western/frontier, and that little bar above the author’s name is cute. Even if she found a premade template, she had a good sense to pick up a suitable one, and keep it consistent throughout the series. But she keeps putting those childish drawings on them :/. I’m puzzled. Unless the designer and illustrator are not the same person.

Positive reinforcement: Not a false flag.
It’s a good mock up that should’ve been handed over to a professional for proper development.
The first thing I noticed was “NGER”. Someone REALLY should’ve put more thought into the placement of the figures and/or badge.
