For what it’s worth, that looks like the Smith and Ninth Street subway station in Brooklyn and might even be an original photo.

Ditch the truck, Move the caption up or down, and ditch the Comic Sans, and this would be halfway decent. Except that neither person has legs. That could be why they can’t get to heaven on the subway.
