Actually, no, the title isn’t the problem. Instead, the art is less than professional, and the typeface is a boring variant of Times New Roman. As a package, it looks amateur.
The title does become a problem if you have to explain it, but I don’t think it’s a BIG problem – it might just make someone curious enough to pick it up.
POSRE: I like how the entire cover emotes a Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew vibe.
But the art needs to be improved.

Are the guy and the dog walking uphill? Or just along a level path?
What don’t you like about this cover? Just the title? The blurb specifies that “Sire and Damn” is the name of a business, so Damn/Dam is intentional.

The perspective on that path is probably only a tiny bit off, but it makes it look all wrong. And the dog is wonky too.
