Well… points for spelling it differently I guess.
I’d like to think it’s an homage to Lugosi, but that might be wishful thinking.
Of course, the Bela of the story may not be the Bela or Bella we may be thinking of.
If I were writing a paranormal story I think I would avoid such confusion. By using a more creative name.
