So…
The brushy ground behind the transparent face gives the girl a sort of Curt Cobain Grunge Stubble look. Meanwhile, the guy’s face is just as wide as the highlighted bit of hair that it occupies, almost making it look like he’s supposed to have stood up REALLY fast.
