That is a shark in disguise, getting ready to have some human sashimi. Either that or the tail fin has been twisted out of shape.
But I do like the heart-shaped tattoo on the dorsal fin.

Are they in the water or jumping out of it? Levitating? Or, the dolphin is jumping out, as those strings suggest, and the girl is just floating about? My head hurts.
