A book cover is *not* the same as the opening titles of Star Wars. Text doesn’t scroll and italics won’t make up for it. They got the dialogue level right though.
I agree. People don’t look at covers to read about the story. That’s what the back of the book is for.

Oh, wait, that’s a cover blurb? That’s not how cover blurbs work. You get to put one, maybe two short sentences on the front cover of a paperback. You don’t put the freaking entire plot summary and introduction of what sounds like someone’s awful D&D character there.
