Trying to see more than a giant turquoise amoeba (!) I notice that light comes from enough directions to fade out the model’s hair. Bet she’s pissed. Dye jobs ain’t cheap.
Barriers of Commitment is the title of the books AND the series? Is that why the author is too lazy to write it out twice?

Barriers to commitment?
1. When the girl you love is just a two-dimensional cut-out.
2. When a Turquoise Amoeba is about to devour the cut-out girl, telling you that your relationship will soon end.
3. When flowering twigs seem more exciting and real than either the girl or the amoeba.
Oh well, maybe this is about developing a commitment to flowering tree branches…
