Star Spring

Star Spring

The art is fine, but whoever did the type treatment (or insisted on it) needs to be shot.

Bwahaha. The rounded words remind me of a semi-round seating chart for a theater, and then calling this an operetta… Well, now when I look at the space man and his pose, I imagine him singing out in his best tenor voice. Standing next to him must be his co-star, the famous space opera diva, Robotica.

Robotica looks as though she’s regretting several choices in her life.

If “Star Spring” is the sequel to “Star Fall” what happened to “Star Winter”?

Classic MS WordArt. Ugh.

I’d also add in a pseudo-human tag. One of the better renderings I’ve seen, but still…

Gotta say, I agree with Nathan on this one. I do like the artwork. (I know, I kinda want to faint about that idea on this site, myself). BUT, yupperdoodle, whomever did that font work, for both the title and the tagline, should be shot directly into the nearest singularity (black hole) and smooshed into nothingness. BAD! BAD BAD BAD!

Can’t say I agree with Nathan on the art. It looks like an Action Man and some marbles in a line. It looks pretty stuck together and the composition with everything conveniently fitted about in the middle of the space available to it doesn’t exactly entice the eye.

Can’t say I agree about the art, Nathan. Sure, it’s better than most Poser jobs, but…
