Yes. You know, given how BAD the photo is (anyone else think it’s someone’s own photo, here??), the cover itself, how it’s done, isn’t dreadful. I’m not crazy about the shade of orange, but if s/he had had a better shooter, it coulda been a contender. Just my $.02. Hard for me to work up more, there are just SO MANY bad ones today. That Jethro one…jesus wept.

As in, Detroit dominates? Rules as verb with Detroit as noun.
Or as in, customs that govern proper behavior in Detroit? Rules as noun, with Detroit as adjective?
