Y’know….I was thinking today about how sad it was that the good old pulps had gone the way of the dodo; after all, where would so many classic-age detective novelists, and some of the western greats (think Zane Grey) have come from, if not supported intermittently and spastically by the pulps?
But then I realized that the pulps haven’t gone the way of the dodo; now there’s Smashwords, and many of the titles on Amazon. Pulp Lives!
And…what that has to do with a transgender Maid Marion-Robin Hood in an alternate Earth, damned if I know.
Not pictured: the night.

Oh, this is actual Robin in a Hood. Gotcha.
Because pencil pines are SO Sherwood Forest.
Nathan wasn’t kidding. Now Amazon will be pitching trans stories at me.
The cover doesn’t picture Sherwood Forest because the alternate universe is very altered. And full of snails.
