This must be set on the Planet of Many Suns, considering how many different light sources there are to make 1) a rainbow on the right, 2) shine behind the tree, 3) shine over the priest, and 4) shine directly on the idol totem with the fake blood. Did I miss any others? They are rather tiny spheres circling this planet so sometimes you can miss a few.

The hilt of the dagger is bleeding. That’s some trick!
Graphics tools allow you to create images that don’t match real objects. Or, it could be the grip is really rough and non-ergonomic and that blood is from the hand who wielded it.
