Swordfish is angry that Fisherman is wasting his time catching false teeth when he could be catching HIM – “What’s wrong, huh? Aren’t I GOOD enough for ya? Is THAT it?”
Sorry, but this is the guy. Yet another case of an author getting the eBook rights and…crap happens.

I remember reading a while back how upset Joe was about the cover for “Bestsellers Guaranteed”, which featured an cutesy, specs-wearing dragon sitting on a pile of books (actual content: no dragons). This must make him want to bite nails.
Don’t you mean JOER.LANSDALE?

Sailfish is angry that you called him a swordfish.
I get ’em mixed up too; swordfish has that Alfalfa top knot of a fin, sailfish has a sword snout too but with a full dimetrodon sail fin.
But aren’t both deep sea or blue sea fish who don’t venture into surfy shallows?
Anywho, maybe the sailfish is sore because the fisherman yanked out his false teeth?
Drat! Now my “…but you can’t tune a fish” joke won’t work.
I see no crops, nor any bumpers. They must all be submerged. Too bad the rest of the cover didn’t sink under the waves.
Jumper Chomp.
Say it ain’t so, Joe.
I am going to preserve my illusions by telling myself this is by a Joe Lansdale, not by the Joe Lansdale.
