With a name name like Hseham Amrahs, I’m mostly convinced that this is aimed at a Muslim audience, but that grid of white babies forces me to wonder why anyone would choose to do any of this.

Simpler than an anagram; “Hseham Amrahs” is “Sharma Mahesh” backwards.
I keep thinking that Sharma is shawarma, a food.
