Ugh… I call these things “6:00 News poems”. They’re really just poetry therapy for people who want to vent about current events and think people will enjoy reading their drivel.
I think the last one that was almost good was Browning’s “The Convergence of the Twain: Lines on the Sinking of the Titanic”.
