Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if that “Indiana Jones” font is trademarked?

Not sure if you can trademark a font, except when it is part of a branding design (like the Indian Jones title). You can copyright one since it is a creative work. I am sure it is copyrighted by Mike Salisbury and/or LucasFIlm.
